Description
I was walking on the boardwalk the other morning and this Downy Woodpecker flew up and landed right beside me. He was trying to get the seeds out of this pod but it was frozen solid. He worked at it for about ten minutes and then flew off to better food sources. Love it when wildlife co-operates.
